A glimmer of optimism may be seen shining in Rohini Sector 29, amidst the difficulties and hardships of everyday living, in the centre of Delhi’s busy metropolitan scene. With the committed support of the Paranubhuti Foundation, we set out on a mission to improve the lives of the impoverished people living in the slum behind the apartments.
Leading the charge was a dedicated group that included Vinod Ji, Jyotsana, and me. Our efforts were guided by Vinod Ji’s extensive involvement in community activities and his familiarity with the area. We travelled great lengths to go from Tilak Nagar to Rithala in spite of the intense heat, all because we were determined to make a difference.
The kids in the shantytown welcomed us with open arms, and their sweet little smiles warmed our hearts. We entertained the kids with a variety of games and activities in spite of the intense heat, bringing joy and laughter to the neighbourhood. Through our contacts with the inhabitants, we were able to create enduring relationships of friendship and solidarity.
We gave the kids biscuit packages as a sign of our support and solidarity, giving them a little break from their everyday hardships. The fact that they were grinning demonstrated the significance of our little but heartfelt gesture. We also said goodbye and promised to get back to you soon. We also invited you to future engagements.
Not only was our trip through the busy streets of Rohini Sector 29 a distribution campaign, but it also served as a demonstration of the compassion and resiliency that characterise our organisation. Because of our common goal of building a better, more just future for everyone, our resolve to serve the community remained unwavering in the face of the oppressive heat.
Conclusion:
We are reminded of the enormous influence that group effort can have in transforming lives and promoting positive change as we think back on our experience in Rohini Sector 29. We stay firm in our objective to strengthen communities and provide hope to those in need via our persistent efforts and unshakable dedication.
With the help of devoted friends, the Paranubhuti Foundation launched a touching campaign to provide 40 people in need with packed vegetarian biryani dinners during the dead of winter in Delhi. Our group, together with Naman, Himanshu, Lucky, and Udit, worked incredibly hard to provide warmth and food to the people in spite of the weather. Join us on our channel for more inspiring tales of compassion and generosity.
In the midst of winter, Richard Pani and Naman Bhai of the Paranubhuti Foundation in Delhi launched a very warm project. They turned basic ingredients into healthy Chole Chawal packets with the aid of kind donations. Warmth and nourishment were provided to people in need by these meals, which were packed with love and compassion and delivered to the streets. This piece, which emphasises the value of tiny acts of kindness, empathy, and community, perfectly encapsulates the spirit of their successful food distribution drive. Accompany them on their trip, see the good changes, and contribute to the cascade of effects.
Naman Bhai and I set out on a journey to assist a family that needed it as our first venture. Equipped with sustenance goods, such as rice and lentils, we extended our hand to a homeless child. We had no idea that this deed would mark the beginning of a life-changing experience.
The child who was the receiver of our gifts, whose struggles were beyond our comprehension, accepted them with a look that said it all. His happiness was unaffected by his possible brain problem, which prevented him from expressing his feelings. Unspoken comments at that precise moment expressed the enormous effect our modest deed of compassion had on his world.
Naman Bhai and I vowed to carry on with this excellent work as of that day on. This experience served as a pillar that strengthened our resolve to assist those in need. Our determination to make a significant difference was motivated by our common experience.

Heart attacks, formerly believed to be typically experienced by elderly people, are becoming more common in young adults. Researchers and medical professionals worldwide are concerned about this concerning trend.
To effectively address this expanding problem, it is essential to comprehend the causes, risk factors, symptoms, prevention techniques, and treatment of heart attacks. Through raising awareness and implementing suitable measures, we can endeavour to decrease the frequency of heart attacks among young adults.
Smoking, unhealthy diets, high-stress levels, sedentary lifestyles, and hereditary traits are some of the main causes of this growing trend. The risk of a heart attack can be considerably reduced by recognizing these risk factors and implementing the required lifestyle adjustments.
Early intervention for a heart attack also depends on being aware of its symptoms. Chest pain or discomfort, exhaustion, nausea, dizziness, and shortness of breath are typical symptoms. It’s critical to get medical help right away if you or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms. A balanced diet, regular exercise, stress reduction, and quitting smoking are all preventive measures that can help keep the heart healthy.
Treatment recommendations often opt for a multidisciplinary strategy that includes lifestyle changes, medication, and cardiac rehabilitation programs. Improving results and lowering the risk of subsequent cardiac events require prompt medical intervention and adherence to recommended treatments. We can work toward a healthier future by seriously addressing the rising trend of young adult heart attacks and putting strategies into place at the individual, family, governmental, and societal levels. Together, let’s tackle this important problem and give heart health a top priority.
Causes of Heart Attacks
Lifestyle Factors
Poor Diet: Consuming a diet high in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, and sodium can contribute to the development of heart disease.
Lack of Exercise: Leading a sedentary lifestyle and not engaging in regular physical activity can increase the risk of heart attacks.
Stress: Chronic stress and unhealthy coping mechanisms may contribute to the development of heart disease.
Medical Conditions
High Blood Pressure: Uncontrolled high blood pressure puts extra strain on the heart and blood vessels, increasing the risk of heart attacks.
High Cholesterol Levels: Elevated levels of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and low levels of HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) can lead to plaque formation in the arteries, narrowing them and reducing blood flow to the heart.
Diabetes: Individuals with diabetes are at a higher risk of developing heart disease due to the impact of high blood sugar levels on the blood vessels.
Obesity: Excess body weight can lead to conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes, all of which contribute to heart disease
Family History of Heart Disease: Having a close relative with a history of heart disease increases the risk of developing heart attacks.
Other Causes
Drug Abuse: Substance abuse, including the use of illicit drugs and certain medications, can have detrimental effects on the heart and increase the risk of heart attacks.
Smoking and Second-Hand Smoke: Tobacco smoke contains harmful chemicals that can damage the heart and blood vessels, leading to the development of heart disease.
Risk Factors for Heart Attacks
Did you know that men are more likely to have heart attacks than women? However, women who have diabetes have a higher risk of heart attack than men with diabetes. Other risk factors include age, race, family history, poor diet, lack of exercise, smoking, and stress -to name a few. It’s crucial to understand the risk factors and take preventative measures before it’s too late.

Climate change is a pressing global issue that threatens the livelihoods and well-being of millions of people around the world. The impacts of climate change are already being felt in the form of increased frequency and intensity of extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and changes in agricultural yields. These impacts are disproportionately affecting vulnerable communities, particularly those in developing countries.
In the face of these challenges, it is crucial to develop and promote climate supportive livelihoods that are both sustainable and inclusive. Climate supportive livelihoods are those that are resilient to climate change and contribute to the mitigation and adaptation efforts. They also provide equitable access to economic opportunities and social benefits for all.
Key Principles of Climate Supportive Livelihoods
Resilience: Climate supportive livelihoods should be able to withstand shocks and stresses caused by climate change.
Equity: Climate supportive livelihoods should provide equitable access to resources and opportunities for all, regardless of gender, social status, or other factors.
Empowerment: Climate supportive livelihoods should empower individuals and communities to take control of their own livelihoods and make informed decisions about their future.
Examples of Climate Supportive Livelihoods
Sustainable agriculture: Practices such as agroforestry, organic farming, and conservation agriculture can help farmers adapt to climate change and increase productivity.
Renewable energy: Creating jobs in the renewable energy sector can provide economic opportunities while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Ecosystem-based livelihoods: Activities such as ecotourism and sustainable forestry can generate income while protecting biodiversity.
Climate-resilient infrastructure: Investing in infrastructure that is resistant to climate change, such as flood-proof housing and drought-resistant crops, can protect livelihoods and reduce vulnerability.
Social Inclusion in Climate Action
Social inclusion is essential for achieving effective climate action. When all members of society are empowered to participate in decision-making processes and have access to resources and opportunities, they can contribute their unique perspectives and knowledge to climate solutions.
Strategies for Social Inclusion
Community engagement: Involve communities in the design and implementation of climate change initiatives to ensure that their needs and priorities are met.
Capacity building: Provide training and resources to empower individuals and communities to develop the skills and knowledge they need to adapt to climate change.
Gender mainstreaming: Integrate gender considerations into all climate change policies and programs to ensure that women and girls have equal access to resources and opportunities.
Indigenous rights: Respect and protect the rights of indigenous peoples, who often have a deep understanding of how to live in harmony with nature.
Conclusion
Climate supportive livelihoods and social inclusion are essential for building a sustainable and equitable future. By investing in sustainable practices, empowering communities, and ensuring that all voices are heard, we can create a world where everyone can thrive in a changing climate.
