Paranubhuti Foundation Sparks Young Minds on World Mental Health Day

Mumbai, October 10, 2025:
To mark World Mental Health Day, Paranubhuti Foundation organized a youth-focused awareness program titled “Mind Spark – Unlock Success Mindset” at Sasmira’s Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
The session aimed to promote mental wellbeing and emotional resilience among management students entering a competitive academic and corporate world. More than 180 MBA students took part in this interactive event filled with simple, practical lessons on handling stress, building self-belief, and nurturing a positive mindset.
The workshop was led by Ms. Kanan Raval, Senior Psychologist and Mind Mentor at Paranubhuti Foundation, who used relatable stories, interactive discussions, and group activities to help students understand how thoughts shape emotions and performance.
Sakshi Thakar a young psychologist who specialized in suicide prevention work also put importance of handling negative thoughts to prevent unfortunate incidents.
This initiative is part of Paranubhuti Foundation’s ongoing “Meet for Cause – Integrated & Collaborative, Mental Health Mission”, aimed at making mental wellness accessible for students, professionals, and communities.
The mission of Paranubhuti Foundation founded by Dr Pravin Talele, is to promote mental and emotional wellbeing through awareness, early intervention, and practical life-skill programs. The organization strives to make conversations & actions about mental health a normal part of everyday life and to ensure that help is approachable, stigma-free, and available to all.
The event concluded with enthusiastic feedback from participants, who called it an eye-opening and motivating experience – a reminder that a healthy mind is the real key to success.
Students will also receive post session continued support & guidance so they can work to secure their mental health of their own through group support system & creative ideas & activities, for further success in their life.
